Prices:
ByNoer.com reserves the right to make any errors in the prices stated.
Furthermore, the right to change the prices without prior consent is reserved.
Reservations are made for discontinued/sold out items.
Payment:
ByNoer.com is a one-man-owned hobby shop without a VAT number and payment solutions, as the turnover is less than 50,000 DDK/year and therefore ByNoer.com only accepts payment with: MobilePay (Denmark) and PayPal.
Payment will be debited from your account when the order is placed with ByNoer.com.
All amounts are in EURO.
We reserve the right to price errors and discontinued/sold out items.
Delivery:
ByNoer.com ships orders on weekdays before 15:00 and delivery can take up to 7 business days, depending on the carrier but usually between 1 - 3 business days, if the items are in stock.
Right of complaint:
- There is a 2-year right of complaint according to the Danish Sales Act.
- Yuur right of complaint applies to defects in materials.
- You can have the item exchanged or choose a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.
- You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error, which is typically within 14 days.
ByNoer.com covers the return upon inquiry about the return note and only then.
When returning the item, send it to: The above address.
Note: We do not accept COD shipments.
Complaints do not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product.
Complaints do not apply if you have ordered the wrong color or size, nor the wrong design/logo.
Complaints do not apply to normal wear and tear as a result of being used and washed.
Right of withdrawal:
When purchasing custom-made items where your own ideas, designs or logos are produced and printed for an additional fee or when purchasing items that must be collected specifically for this purpose, there is no right of return or exchange, not even if you order the wrong size, color or logo/design for this.
- If there are manufacturing errors (defects) in the clothing and/or print that have slipped through the inspection needle by mistake, the item will of course be exchanged.
Round-trip shipping costs for a right of complaint due to defects and any deficiencies are borne by ByNoer.com via a return slip which is available by prior arrangement via: info@ByNoer.com
Since everything at ByNoer.com is handled, printed & checked manually, there may be small differences in uniform prints.
(The print may shift up/down/to the side +/- in millimeters/slope and this must be accepted when ordering and purchasing.)
Returns:
Tell info@ByNoer.com about your request/reason, then you will be sent a return slip via email, which you print & fill out and attach to the package, which is carefully packed and sent at your own expense and any new shipping costs will be added to the payment before a new item is sent to you.

Unless otherwise stated, ByNoer.com and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights to all material on ByNoer.com.
