Shipping & Delivery
To ensure you get the best possible experience, all orders include free shipping and high-quality packaging, delivered directly to your home address. By shipping directly to your door rather than a public parcel shop, we minimize the handling and sorting transitions during transit. Fewer hands touching the package means a much lower risk of damaged, bent, or dented items, ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition.
Processing & Shipping: Orders are shipped on weekdays before 15:00.
Delivery Time: Usually between 1 – 3 business days if items are in stock, but please allow up to 7 business days depending on the carrier.
Free Shipping: Is only available within Denmark.
I currently do not offer standard international shipping, but feel free to contact me for info and pricing if needed.
What you can expect from me
Every item is printed, individually inspected, and carefully packaged by me before it leaves to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Since many products feature original designs or custom personalization, they are handled as unique pieces of work.
If a product arrives damaged due to shipping errors, please contact me immediately with a photo of the damage, and I will make sure to resolve it.
Returns & Cancellations (What I expect from you)
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
However, because items are made to order and handled individually, the following conditions apply for returns:
Condition of the item: The item must be returned in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging (including the gift box and coaster for mugs).
Personalized products: Please note that products with custom personalization (such as names, dates, or custom text integrated into the print) cannot be returned or refunded, as they are custom-made specifically for you.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. I highly recommend using a trackable shipping service (like DAO or GLS), as I cannot issue a refund if the package is lost in transit.
How to return: Always contact me before sending an item back, so I know to expect your package. Once your return is approved, you will receive an RMA number (Return Authorization Number) to include with your package.
Please note: Returns must be sent directly to my address and must include the assigned RMA number.
Packages sent without an RMA number, sent to a parcel shop/post office, or sent as cash on delivery (efterkrav) will not be accepted or picked up.
